SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States using third-party carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the shipping provider.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available in select locations. If offered, customers are responsible for:
• Customs duties
• Value-added tax (VAT)
• Import taxes
• Brokerage fees
• Compliance with local regulatory requirements
Alkimi Jiu Jitsu is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carriers.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs before reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once marked "Delivered" by the carrier, Alkimi Jiu Jitsu is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please verify the shipping address, check with neighbors or building management, contact the shipping carrier, and email us for assistance.
Shipping Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:
• Weather conditions
• Carrier disruptions
• Customs processing
• Labor strikes
• Natural disasters
• Inaccurate customer information
• Force majeure events
Refused or Abandoned Shipments
If a shipment is refused or abandoned, original shipping charges and any return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
