REFUND POLICY

At Alkimi Jiu Jitsu, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns of unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
• Items must be in original condition
• Tags must remain attached
• Products must be free of odors, pet hair, chalk, stains, or damage
• Items must be returned in original packaging when possible
Due to the nature of combat sports apparel and hygiene concerns, we reserve the right to deny returns that show any signs of wear or use.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
• Clearance items
• Custom or personalized products
• Patches applied after purchase
• Gift cards
• Mouthguards, compression gear, or hygiene-sensitive items
Exchanges
If you need a different size, we recommend contacting us immediately at info@alkimijujitsu.com. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@alkimijujitsu.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. If approved, we will provide replacement instructions or a refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after approval.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in refusal of future service and submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor.
